Welcome to On Level Inspection

What We Inspect: Comprehensive Home Inspections

A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual evaluation of the property’s major, accessible systems and components during the inspection:

  • Structure & Foundation: Assessment of visible foundation elements, framing, crawlspace or basement areas, and roof structure.

  • Roofing & Exterior: Evaluation of roof coverings, flashing, drainage systems, siding, exterior doors, windows, and surrounding site grading.

  • Electrical Systems: Inspection of main panels, subpanels, visible wiring, switches, outlets, and safety functionality.

  • Heating & Cooling (HVAC): Functional evaluation of heating and air conditioning units, alongside visible ductwork.

  • Plumbing Systems: Assessment of visible supply lines, drains, fixtures, water pressure, and the water heater.

  • Interior & Attic: Inspection of walls, floors, ceilings, attic insulation, ventilation, and installed kitchen appliances.

💡 The On Level Standard: You will receive a clear, easy-to-read digital report featuring high-resolution photos—typically delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.

On Level Inspection, LLC is an independent, locally owned home inspection service for the Upstate of South Carolina.

My goal is to provide exceptional, unhurried service to every client. Because I also run a residential repair service, I intentionally limit the number of home inspections I accept and I do not advertise my inspection services. Instead, I focus entirely on working directly for you, the client, to provide a completely unbiased assessment of the property.

Because openings are limited, please contact me directly to check my current availability.
